Packing List

My travel packing list is meant to be portable and cover all activites and trip durations. I typically travel with a backpack and carry-on luggage and avoid checked luggage simply because it's more expensive and heavy to carry. I try to pack for a seven days and I've found that if laundry facilities are available, this packing list can comfortably last for pretty much any trip duration. At first glance, the number of items on the list may seem like a lot but it pretty much has everything I need and it always comes in under the weight limit. I of course make modifications to this list depending on the climate and occasion.

Routine

It's hard to keep a routine when travelling due to different timezones, logistics, and activities. One thing I try to do when travelling is to keep a regular exercise routine. It's a bit more difficult due to the lack of exercise equipment but I try to get creative. Here's my suitcase workout.

Guides

Vancouver

I previously made Jerome's Guide to Vancouver for co-workers who were visiting Vancouver. It's a bit out of date so I'll need to update it. I'd also like to move it out of a Google sheet and directly into this handbook.

Language

This section talks about how to learn languages. I've tried just about every way there is to learn languages and this section documents what's worked for me.
